Weil 14 Mitarbeiter COVID-19 positiv getestet worden sind, wurde das größte Kohlekraftwerk der Philippinen in Sual Town in Pangasinan in den Lockdown versetzt. Die Stromerzeugung soll aber weiterlaufen, denn Manila ist darauf angewiesen.
