Duterte hat den Philippine Space Act unterschrieben. Damit haben die Philippinen jetzt eine eigene Raumfahrtagentur. Aufgaben:

National Security and Development; Hazard Management and Climate Studies; Space Research and Development; Space Industry Capacity Building; Space Education and Awareness; and International Cooperation.
